Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends.
Can I add more hosts mid-cycle?
Yes. Additional hosts added during a billing cycle are charged on a prorated basis. You only pay for what you use.
What happens if I exceed my host limit?
You'll receive a notification when you approach your host limit. Additional hosts beyond your plan limit are blocked until you upgrade. Upgrading takes effect immediately.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes — annual billing saves you 15%. Starter drops from €39 to €33/host/mo, Growth from €69 to €59/host/mo. Toggle the billing switch above to see annual prices. Annual plans are billed once per year.
Is there volume pricing for large deployments?
Yes. The Business plan starts at €25/host/mo with significant volume discounts for 50+ hosts. Contact us at hello@runtimeguard.io to get a quote tailored to your environment.
Which Linux kernels are supported?
The eBPF agent (Growth/Business) requires Linux kernel 5.8+ with BTF enabled — standard on Ubuntu 20.04+, Debian 11+, RHEL 9+, and Amazon Linux 2023. The Starter plan uses inotify which works on any Linux kernel 3.0+.
Can I use RuntimeGuard as an MSP?
Yes — the Business tier includes full multi-tenant support. You can manage multiple customer environments from a single control plane, with complete data isolation between tenants.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. For annual Business plans, we also accept bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT). Contact us for invoiced billing on large contracts.
