Common questions.

Do I need technical knowledge to sell RuntimeGuard?
Basic Linux familiarity is helpful but not required. We provide full sales training and technical documentation. For complex deployments, our team supports you directly.
How does the on-premises option work?
For enterprise clients that cannot use SaaS, we provide a self-hosted deployment package. The client runs the backend on their own infrastructure. You deliver and manage the installation, we provide the licence and support.
How is margin paid?
Margin is calculated monthly based on active licences in your partner account and paid via bank transfer (SEPA). There is no minimum threshold.
Can I white-label RuntimeGuard?
White-labelling is available for Enterprise tier partners. Contact us to discuss the options and requirements.
What Linux distributions are supported?
The eBPF agent runs on any Linux kernel 5.8+ with BTF enabled. This includes Ubuntu 20.04+, Debian 11+, RHEL 9+, Amazon Linux 2023 and most modern server distributions.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There is no minimum number of clients or licences required to remain a partner. We believe the product earns its place in your portfolio on its own merits.
